Play the official browser demo on itch.io, or download the Steam demo. These are two official ways to try Booster Pack Heroes before buying the full game.
Official demo links
- Play in your browser on itch.io — choose Run game.
- Get the Steam demo — use the Steam client to download it.
- View the full game on Steam.
What is included?
The browser demo’s v0.33 menu lists:
| Content | Demo listing |
|---|---|
| Pack types | 3 |
| Heroes and tomes | 14 |
| Upgrades | 170 |
| Chapters | 3 |
| Relics and modifiers | Unavailable in the demo |
Interlopers can preview extra full-game heroes, so the menu’s 14-card listing should not be treated as an absolute count of every possible special drop.
Browser versus Steam
Both offer official demo access. Do not assume that the two demos use identical builds or compatible saves. Keep your existing save before changing platforms, and do not assume demo progress will carry into the full game.
Where to start
Read the beginner guide for opening packs and making your first upgrades. See Royal Packs for the distinction between a full pack and an Interloper.
